• GK ROBOTEK proudly presents the indigenous product called FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) developed by our ever enthusiastic team of young engineers.
• FMS is an automation system used in industrial environment for various production and processes, for increased efficiency, quality, production with minimum cost of ownership (Less Maintenance cost).
• Our FMS is a miniature version of the industrial FMS, which could be used for training purposes by various Training Institutions, Educational Institutions for training students to make them industry ready, before they start their professional journey. It can also be used by industrial companies for training their engineers.
• Our FMS consists of: One 6 Axes Articulated Industrial Robot, One Industrial Lathe Machine, One Industrial Vertical Machining Center, One Electrical Conveyor, Automatic Storage & Retrieval System, Automatic Quality Testing system and other accessories.
• This complete system is controlled through our Programmable Logic Controller, programmed to control the auto cycle.
• The USP of this system is that, with a selection of the Key Switch, the whole system could be turned to individual units. That means, the students or trainees can get trained on individual elements like Training on Lathe, VMC, Robot and other components of the FMS independently in “Manual Mode”.
