Apparel Paint Booth

This product is arguably a first in the Indian Apparel Industry. We have used a Robotic solution for painting of Jeans clothing material and for pattern creation at the required area on the cloth.

With this, we were able to

• Maintain consistence in the pattern creation in all the clothing.


• Reduce the consumption of the painting material.


• Reduce the dependence on the skilled labor.


• Avoided exposure of people to hazardous environment.

We have used a 6 axes articulated Robot with accessories for the manufacturing of this product.
